HALEY + CONNOR | Dandridge, TN
I met Haley + Connor for their engagement session while they were in town for a quick weekend trip from Maryland and instantly connected with them! After getting a feel for the vibe they were after, I scouted the area and found the perfect locations-all within just a quick drive of each other. It's always such a compliment when clients the vision of their photographer.
I had Haley + Connor meet me on the side of a random back road (again, the trust in their photographer was real, haha!) to start their engagement session with a green field setting and tree-lined street. There's something about wearing white + for engagement photos that I just love!
Our second location was a dock that I had been eyeing every time I drove past it. The way the sun hit behind the hill just before sunset was oh so dreamy and I just knew it would be the perfect spot for photos one day!
Next we headed to the pedestrian bridge in the historic downtown area of Tennessee's second oldest town. Dandridge, TN was named after Martha Dandridge Washington, the wife of our first president, George Washington and is full of so much history...not to mention the abundance of great photo spots!
What better way to end an engagement session than with a champagne pop lakeside at sunset to celebrate this important milestone in your relationship?!
(Random fun fact that we learned by seeing it first hand: TURKEYS CAN FLY. Like really, really fly. All the way across the lake kind of fly. Mind=BLOWN.)
I just know their 2023 wedding in Sevierville, TN this September is going to be the best day ever and I'm so excited to be part of the celebration!
